How to read this
Served since JOIN means at least one volunteer check-in since completion, not necessarily current serving.
Too soon to tell means no recorded serve yet and fewer than 30 days since completion.
On a team, no scan means current team membership with no recorded volunteer check-in since JOIN.
Not currently on a team means no current team membership or scan since JOIN. It does not establish placement history.
Marked inactive describes Planning Center status. Profile unavailable may mean a merged or deleted profile; neither establishes why someone left.
The serving percentage includes all people at least 30 days past completion, including inactive or unavailable profiles, and counts any recorded serve since JOIN.
Online JOIN is mostly people who watch from home, so a low serving rate there is expected.
Fort Worth and Guatemala City have no JOIN list in Planning Center, so they do not appear here. That is a gap in what we can see, not a zero.
